Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Vizcaya Intelligence website and the measurements you buy through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You may read, browse and share this site for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorized access to any system, request it at a scale that burdens it, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.

• The Website Report — $99. A single payment for one report on the page you scanned: your findings explained in plain English, ordered so you know which deserve attention first, and a complete downloadable report. It unlocks that report permanently, and a later scan is a new report.
• The AI Recommendation Assessment — $997. A single payment for one Assessment: your business measured independently across four AI systems and delivered as a Decision Briefing. The measurement is systematic; the results are reviewed, analyzed and interpreted by one of our analysts before the Assessment is delivered. Each purchase is a separate engagement.

Neither product is a subscription. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.

• The Website Report — $99. The report unlocks in full the moment payment completes, so the purchase is generally non-refundable once it has unlocked. We retain discretion to refund in circumstances such as a duplicate charge, a technical failure, a purchase made in error, exceptional customer-service circumstances, or where a refund is required by law.
• The AI Recommendation Assessment — $997. Fully refundable before work begins. Once work has begun, a refund may be considered based on the work already performed. Once the completed Assessment has been delivered it is generally non-refundable.
• A measurement engagement arranged individually. Fully refundable before work begins. Once work has begun, the engagement is non-refundable.
• If something has gone wrong, write to us before anything else — we would rather put it right than argue about a policy.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We measure what is observable at the time of measurement and report what the evidence supports. A result is a dated snapshot.

AI systems and search systems are changed continuously by the companies that operate them, and are outside our control. A later measurement that differs from an earlier one is not a contradiction — observing that change is the purpose of the work.

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your particular circumstances.

We are direct about this because it is central to how we work. We do not promise that any AI system or search engine will recommend you, mention you, rank you, or describe you in any particular way, at any time. No specific visibility, lead generation or business outcome is guaranteed.

The content of this site — text, sample materials, methodology descriptions, graphics, and the Vizcaya Intelligence name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Please do not reproduce, republish or resell substantial portions without our written permission.

A report or Assessment prepared for you is yours to use within your business. The methods, systems and materials used to produce it remain ours.

Our work involves third-party AI systems, and this site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizcaya Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities, arising out of your use of this website or the measurements bought through it.

We may update these terms. The revised version is posted here with a new date and applies from the date it is posted.
