Our standard
Responsible AI

Human oversight
AI-assisted tools help us collect and organize evidence and prepare documents. They do not decide what we tell a customer. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it is issued. Responsibility for what a Vizcaya Intelligence report says rests with us, not with a model.
Evidence first
We measure before we interpret. Where a deliverable carries both, it keeps what was observed separate from what it might mean, and labels each. We never present an interpretation as an observation. The website check and its report carry observations only.
No fabricated conclusions
Every statement in a deliverable traces back to something we actually measured, on a dated snapshot. Where the evidence does not support a claim, we do not make it. Where evidence is missing, we say it is missing rather than filling the gap with inference.
When a measurement cannot support a claim, we withdraw the claim rather than soften it. Peer benchmarking is shown in no deliverable on those grounds, pending an audit of how peers are identified and qualified. We would rather show you less than show you something we cannot defend.
Transparency
We say when AI is involved. Sara identifies herself as an assistant and never pretends to be a person. Assessments name the systems measured and the date of measurement. Nothing about our use of AI is hidden.
No guaranteed outcomes
Because AI recommendation systems evolve continuously and remain outside the control of any individual organization, no specific recommendation, ranking, visibility, lead generation or business outcome can be guaranteed. We measure, we show you what the evidence supports, and we measure again.
Systems change — and that is the point
AI systems are updated constantly by the companies that run them. A measurement is a snapshot in time. When a later measurement differs from an earlier one, that difference is the finding, not an error.
Limits we hold ourselves to
- We do not present a model's output as fact without recording what was asked and what was answered.
- We do not claim influence over systems we do not control.
- We do not use fear to sell a measurement.
- We do not let an assistant advise a customer on what to do; that requires a person.
- We do not promise a turnaround we have not committed to internally.
In one line
Measure first. Interpret second.
